News — wild garlic

Wild Garlic season is now upon us, stretching from early March until the end of May. This gives us plenty of time to get out into the wild and find ourselves some pungent garlic to add a little kick to some lovely homemade pesto.

It’s that time of year when wild garlic is growing in plentiful abundance. Naomi's mum Florence pops down regularly with bunches for us to use randomly in the kitchen. The flowers beautifully adorned our recent Easter Lunch boxes and we also pot it up so our customers can enjoy it drizzled over......
