Our meals can be placed in the oven, or popped in the microwave. More importantly – all are suitable for freezing*. Our box can vary week-to-week, according to the Chef's handpicked selection, and will be a selection of dishes listed in our 'Mains' menu.
*Please note there are no nasty additives or preservatives in our meals, just honest food full of goodness! Therefore, they have a 8 day shelf-life, however all are suitable for freezing.
