    A great tasting, pure, and natural Irish sea salt, harvested from the wild Atlantic waters of Achill Island. The O'Malley family still organically hand harvest their Grade A award-winning salt in small batches with sustainable techniques. We are so lucky to have such incredible waters and resources on this island. If you're not a fan already, the soft and flaky texture of this sea salt has an intensity of flavour that will soon win you over.
